Almthani is a 5th year medical student at Nile Valley University, Faculty of Medicine and General Surgery. She is the North Africa Coordinator on the Standing Committee on Professional Exchange and Local Officer on the Standing Committee on Medical Education at the Federation of African Medical Students Association (FAMSA).She likes research, translation and subtitling and has worked as a translator for Translators Without Borders (TWB).

Lilian is a 5th year medical student at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, with a biomedical studies background. She has been an ambassador for the 13th and 14th International Forum of Medical Students and Junior Doctors and has participated in numerous domestic and international congresses.
